All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Since the jewelry is handmade, processing may take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the piece.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


🛍️ Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout — from $11–13 USD.

📅  Estimated delivery times:

   •  Europe: 7–14 days

   •  USA / Canada: 10–21 days

   •  Other regions: 14–30 days


💌 What to Do if Your Package Is Delayed

If your package is delayed, please contact us — we will help track it and clarify details with the carrier.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, weather conditions, or incorrect recipient information.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in new condition: unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Please note: custom-made items cannot be returned, except in cases of defects.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs services.

For customers in the USA:
Starting August 29, 2025, new customs duties will apply.
We cover these fees, so you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery.
